New Opening on 04. 05. 2021

We are pleased to announce the opening (04.05.2021) of our new Japanese restaurant in Frankfurt.

We offer three types of “JAPANESE HAUTE CUISINE”.

1 First Class Japanese Sushi

2 Japanese Exquisite Desserts

3 Excellent Bento Box (launch planned for June)

Our sushi is prepared with AKAZU vinegar, which is also used in haute cuisine sushi restaurants in Japan, as well as homemade pickled ginger and homemade soy sauce.

Our Japanese desserts are only available for takeaway during the lockdown period. 

It’s is a great opportunity to enjoy desserts from Masa at a great price. Masa has worked as a chef for Michelin-starred restaurant Yoshi by Nagaya in Düsseldorf.

Until 30 June, we are offering “Sakura Ice Cream (Cherry Blossom Ice Cream)”, which symbolises spring in Japan.

The bento box will be launched in June. We will announce any news on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM, so please don’t forget to follow us.
